Paul has over fifteen years of experience in assisting clients in the effective use of information and technology for data warehousing and decision support. His expertise spans development of global strategies for design and implementation of profitable data warehousing and decision support solutions. He is experienced in alignment of information technology with business strategies by defining key business drivers and business analytical requirements. His experience also includes utilizing business dimensional modeling techniques, logical data modeling and application specification in the design and implementation of large-scale decision support environments.

Paul also teaches courses on managing the Business Dimensional Lifecycle™ and selecting End User Data Access Tools.

Typically, these environments support cross-functional analysis in multiple industries including, retail, insurance, pharmaceutical, health care, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and transportation. These decision support environments often integrate both internal and external data sources across multiple business functions in multiple divisions. Paul’s business experience includes extensive experience in guiding organizations through the selection process of decision support tools and data warehouse platforms in both multi-dimensional and relational database technologies. In addition, his experience includes business re-engineering and product design review for advanced decision support tools.

He has received advance business training in the areas of enterprise wide business solutions, relational database design, DSS application development, EIS/DSS systems development, profit improvement proposals, cost/benefit justification, consultative selling, major account planning and strategic management.
